What this licence covers

This licence covers the AppStore2031 forecast dataset and the original selection, arrangement, summaries and forecast material published by Collab365 Ltd. It applies unless a specific file or page states different terms.

Public access and the isAccessibleForFree metadata describe availability only. They do not grant an open licence or waive copyright, database rights or other applicable rights.

Limited permitted use

You may access and read the material, link to its public pages, and cite or quote limited extracts with clear attribution where your use is fair and lawful. Collab365 Ltd grants no broader permission by making the machine-readable files publicly accessible.

Uses requiring written permission

Except where applicable law permits the use, you must obtain prior written permission from Collab365 Ltd before you:

• republish or redistribute all or a substantial part of the dataset;
• sell, sublicense or package the material into another dataset, product or service;
• use the material to build a competing forecast or commercial research product; or
• use the material to train, fine-tune or evaluate a commercial AI system.

The source register contains citations, links and original summaries of third-party material. Collab365 does not grant any licence to the underlying third-party works. Those works remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
