What is this forecast app?
A federated civic continuity cooperative
It lets resident-governed local nodes deliver bounded public minimums while a federation supplies backup stock, staff, standards, independent review and reconciliation.
- Member-run local operators publish the authority's route, reason, minimum, priority owner, expiry and next update.
- The nearest staffed node delivers only delegated supplies, access or repair using document-light intake and a separate temporary record for each service.
- A regional cooperative backs up the node, reconciles every receipt with the authority and gives residents an independent correction and exit route.
The result: Residents receive the authorised minimum locally while responsibility remains traceable through the local node, federation and public authority.
Why it is on the list
Continuity needs local trust without isolated local capacity
Hardened 2031 service corridors may still leave rural, migrant and informal communities outside the strongest routes.
