What is this forecast app?
A status-error circuit breaker
FactBrake traces one false, stale or mismatched status fact across connected providers, marks it as disputed, routes correction to humans and retests the decisions it influenced.

Why it is on the list
Shared machine records turn ordinary correction delay into cascading exclusion.
By 2031, a decision-changing fact could move quickly through several concentrated cognitive and service systems. Correcting the source alone may be too slow if other systems keep using yesterday's copy. FactBrake makes the list because it addresses the new shape of the harm: not a bad database row, but a spreading operational failure.
