What is this forecast app?
An offline proof courier
PocketPassage turns selected records into an offline-verifiable package, carries them across an outage or displacement, records what the receiver did and reconciles changes when networks return.
- The person and a trusted local helper choose the minimum records needed for the next destination.
- The courier verifies source and expiry where possible, then seals the package for paper, card, or local-device delivery.
- The receiving service checks the package offline and records provisional acceptance or a human refusal.
- When connectivity returns, the courier reconciles changes, tests ongoing access, and removes leftover transport copies.
The result: The destination can check selected proof and keep urgent access open without waiting for the original provider to come back online.
Why it is on the list
Portable records must move physically when the digital route people depend on is least reliable.
The forecast does not assume a perfectly connected 2031. Digital proof may become the normal gate to essential services at the same time that climate events, conflict, migration, power failures and provider concentration expose brittle points. PocketPassage makes the list because it joins advanced verification with a physical-world finish. It helps a receiver check enough proof now, without demanding a person's whole history or waiting indefinitely for the source.
Why 2031—not 2026?
